barely started trying for A-fest 2009 now i do it alot but havent took pics

I loved how people cosplayed alot so i tried it out

Your Cosplays

- What was your first cosplay and why did you choose it?
oh gosh...I tried doing konan but I failed cuz I ran out of blue hairspray and didnt have time to dye it...and my boots broke alot so yeah it was konan from the akatsuki

- What is your favorite cosplay you've done so far?
Alice ^-^ its really fun being her

- What is your least favorite you've cosplayed?
Konan cuz I really suck at being her cuz im so tiny and I dont have the wig and stuff

- What cosplay is the most uncomfortable?
Misa! gosh! its very uncomfortable! I mean wearing a skirt and the boots kill me so bad! I hate it T.T

- How do you research the cosplay before you make it?
I go to many cosplay outfits and wig stores taht are here in texas

Not really

Yes cuz what happens if my outfit rips? who will fix it?

Um I no...I cant...ill buy them >.<

use the right amount of make up and stuff

You need to be very patient on making them and getting them

Not finding a freaking wig! or getting outbid for your freaking outfit!

- What was the biggest screw up you've had making a cosplay?
Getting the hair wrong...missing props and not having the right costume

- How often do you injure yourself while making a cosplay?

As long as it takes to get it right

HmI try to find the cheapest things for outfits,props,accesories,and costumes


Conventions

- What is your favorite convention?
A-fest cuz its really nice and really creative and big

I've gone only to A-fest for one day wich sucked!

Not actually far its actually really close to wear I live ^-^

I stay home cuz their is no money for a hotel >.> but Ill try to stay in a hotel for A-kon 2010

- Have you ever cosplayed with a partner or group?
Just tried with some friends and its fun

- Do you try to act in character?
Oh yeah alot of times I try to sit like L and do what he does but I cant do it well


- How do you react to cosplayers dressed as character from the same anime/game/etc?
I go up to them and say "OMG! I LOVE YOUR COSPLAY!"and maybe glomp them I actually was in line wtih AkatsukixWannaxBe and then she wanted to talk to ~Blinding-lights~ so I yelled and said "MATT COME HERE!"yeah it was fun

- Do you try to duplicate your character's expressions, walk, movements, etc?
YES! I do it all the time,I even tried to play dance dance revolution as L,its freaking hard~!

- When crossplaying, do you try to act as much like the gender as possible?
Not really

- What was your funniest experience of acting in character?
I was sitting in art class messing with my hair withouth noticing and sitting like near and my friend says "NEAR! STOP MESSING WITH YOUR HAIR!"

I was walking at the mall on Halloween and I cosplayed as Alice in wonderland and someone thought I was little bopeep

- What do you take into consideration when picking a character to cosplay?
-Body shape/proportions. I'm really tiny so I need to find out how tall the person is
-If I like the costume or if its to skimpy
-If I can really pull it off
-If it's in my price range
-Hair.

Ye,Cuz I want to be one of the best people out there

That I can be myself and not care what others think

That I am not good enough to be that character and they make me feel like im not a good cosplayer

My love for it and how other people dont give up on cosplaying
